Dr DeJuliis is a very experienced injector and uses special fine needles (cannulas) for best results. Cannulas lack a sharp point so once injected into the skin layers they do not cut capillaries or blood vessels, allowing Dr DeJuliis to perform injections without bruising. and Xeomin are FDA-approved injectables called Neuromodulators. They are used for the temporary improvement of certain facial muscles responsible for lines and wrinkles. Botox (Onabotulinumtoxin A) is a neuromuscular blocking agent used for glabella lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines. Xeomin (Incobotulinumtoxin A) is used for glabella lines (also called the 11s). Xeomin is a highly purified injectable because the unnecessary proteins have been removed during the production process.
