How does it work?

It’s scientifically proven that fat cells freeze at higher temperatures than surrounding tissues. CoolSculpting technology safely delivers precisely controlled cooling to gently and effectively target the fat cells underneath the skin. The treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen), and then die. Over time, your body naturally processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells, leaving a slimmer and more sculpted you. These fat cells are gone for good.

Initial Consultation

At your CoolSculpting consultation, we will assess your concerns and develop an individual CoolSculpting treatment plan that addresses your problem areas. Multiple sessions may be required. Your individualized treatment plan will be tailored to your body, your goals, and your budget.

What will it feel like?

Once we select the area to be treated, we then choose the CoolSculpting applicator that best fits the area. We position the CoolSculpting applicator on your body and controlled cooling is applied. You will initially feel some suction and mild pinching, then intense cold. The coldness subsidizes after about 10 minutes once the area is numb. During the procedure, you can read, catch up on a favorite movie, scroll social media, completely relax as you wish. The procedure can take anywhere from 35 minutes to two hours, depending on the treatment plan. You can typically return to work and normal activities immediately.
