Unwanted Hair

The IPL (Pulse Light) Laser works by targeting unwanted hair follicles below the surface of the skin. When a beam of laser light is applied over an area of the skin with excessive hair, the light travels through the skin and reaches the hair follicles. In the process the hair roots are destroyed. Laser hair removal is accomplished with a series of treatments depending on the size of the area, as well as the texture and color of the hair. Dark and coarse hair responds the best to laser hair removal treatments. Also people who experience faster hair growth may need an occasional touch up or additional laser session.
